SICK activists gloated online over the gruesome death of a stag hunter.
Regis Levasseur, 62, was gored to death just before he was due to marry but activists mocked him on social media.
One comment read: “Well done that stag. Let’s have more animal- kills- hunter action, love it.”
Another said:“Every now and then, hunters get what they really deserve. This is one of those glorious times.”
And another said: “Great news! It’s a shame it doesn’t happen more often. Well done to the stag.”
Levasseur met his death in the Compiegne Forest 40 miles from Paris.
He was acting as a beater during the hunt when the corners animal charged him.
Friends said he had devoted all his life to hunting and had been due to marry his fiancé shortly after the hunt.
Shortly after this death social media users began posting posted abusive comments.
